Many people think that healthy eating is going on diet to lose weight. After a weekend of binging, we often say that Monday is the start of our new diet. But is healthy eating something we need to worry about all the time? 

 

As a nutritionist, I advise that healthy eating is VITAL for everybody not just for athletes.

 

Here are some reasons to eat healthy, whether you are trying to lose weight or not:

Deficiency of nutrient, poor food choice and excess body weight lead to many illnesses.

4. MAINTAIN ENERGY LEVEL

Healthy eating is important for higher energy levels throughout the day and good sleep at night. Some wrong choices of food can leave you sluggish while good choice of protein can keep you focus.
